The EULAs, SMAs, TOS, and Hardware Warranties (collectively the “Third Party Agreements”) provided herein are obtained from the respective third party developer, reseller or manufacturer (each a “Third Party Provider”) of the referenced product or service (each a “Third Party Product”).
Except as expressly set forth in a written agreement between Canon and you, Canon assumes no responsibility for Third Party Products. Your dealings with any Third Party Provider are solely between you and such provider and are subject to the Third Party Agreements and any additional terms, conditions, privacy policies, warranties or representations, etc. between you and the Third Party Provider. You are dealing with such Third Pary Provider solely at your own risk. Should you have any questions about the Third Party Products or the Third Party Agreements, please contact the Third Party Provider.
Canon does not control, review, revise, endorse or accept responsibility for any Third Party Product or Third Party Agreement, nor their related content, information, messages, materials or projects.
